Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 14, 2026

About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Long Range Brand Group (“LRBG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information associated with LongRangeBrandGroup.com. It applies to information submitted through this website and to limited technical information generated when the site is used.

Information we collect

We collect information that you choose to provide through an active inquiry or program-interest form when asking about our services, requesting a consultation, or starting a business conversation. This may include your name, business or organization name, business email address, website URL, inquiry type, message, and—if you choose to provide them—phone number, timeline, preferred contact method, and how you heard about us.

Information you should not submit

Please do not provide firearm serial numbers, firearm or business license numbers, government identification numbers, protected medical or health information, payment-card or banking information, passwords, customer records, home addresses, confidential legal or regulatory documents, sensitive compliance information, or other unnecessary personal, proprietary, or restricted information.

Technical information

Our website and service providers automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver, protect, maintain, and measure the site. Depending on the request and browser settings, this can include IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, dates and times, referring pages, campaign parameters, approximate geographic information, and security, performance, or error-log information.

How we use information

We use information to review and respond to inquiries, determine whether our services may be a fit, communicate about requested services, maintain and secure the website, troubleshoot technical issues, understand website and campaign performance, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information submitted through business inquiries.

Form processing and storage

This website contains active forms provided through WordPress and Fluent Forms. Information submitted through a form is stored in the website database so authorized LRBG personnel can review and respond to the inquiry.

Email notifications and delivery

Administrative notifications are transmitted through the website’s configured email-delivery system to approved LRBG recipient addresses. The forms do not currently send the submitter an autoresponder. A successful browser submission or the Thank You page confirms that the website accepted the submission; it does not independently confirm mailbox receipt.

Spam protection

The forms use current website-level validation and anti-spam controls. No third-party anti-spam service is represented as active in this policy. If a third-party anti-spam service is activated later, this policy will be updated as appropriate.

Cookies and browser storage

When analytics storage is allowed, Google Analytics 4 uses _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish browser sessions and measure site use. In current testing, these analytics cookies can remain for approximately two years unless they are deleted sooner through browser settings or the Analytics Choices control below. The site also uses browser storage needed for WordPress administration, form functionality, security, and to remember the analytics preference selected on this page. LRBG does not use advertising cookies at this time.

Analytics

LRBG uses Google Tag Manager to operate Google Analytics 4. These services measure page visits, referral and campaign/UTM information, browser and device context, approximate geographic information supplied by analytics, calls-to-action, form-start activity, successful form-submission events, and Thank You page views. LRBG does not send form names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, message contents, or other form-entered personal information to Google Analytics.

For visitors outside the EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway, analytics storage is enabled by default unless the browser has Global Privacy Control enabled or the visitor has turned analytics off below. For visitors detected in those listed regions, analytics storage is denied by default. Advertising storage, advertising user-data permission, and advertising personalization are denied globally. When analytics storage is denied, Google tags may send limited cookieless measurement signals, but the _ga analytics cookies are not used.

Cloudflare Web Analytics or Real User Monitoring also processes limited browser, performance, and security information to help deliver, secure, and evaluate website performance.

Analytics Choices

Checking this browser’s analytics preference…

This is a browser-only preference. Global Privacy Control and regional privacy defaults may keep analytics storage off even when no voluntary opt-out is saved.

Embedded content and external links

The site may contain links to websites operated by others. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and LRBG is not responsible for those sites.

How information may be shared

We may share information only as reasonably necessary with authorized LRBG personnel; service providers supporting hosting, Cloudflare delivery and security, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, website operation, form processing, or email delivery; professional advisers; or government authorities when required by law. We may also disclose information to protect LRBG, our users, or others from fraud, abuse, security threats, or unlawful activity. We do not permit service providers to use inquiry information for their own independent marketing.

Retention

Contact form entries stored in the website database are retained for 12 months from the date of submission and are then deleted through an automated website process. Administrator notification emails may be retained separately as part of ordinary business correspondence or recordkeeping. Google Analytics event and user data retention is configured for 14 months, with reset on new activity disabled. Analytics cookies may remain in a browser for approximately two years unless deleted sooner.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please limit submissions to the information needed for an initial business inquiry.

Your choices and requests

You can use the Analytics Choices control above to turn Google Analytics storage off for this browser and reverse that preference later. You can also delete cookies through browser settings or enable Global Privacy Control. You may ask whether we hold personal information about you, request a correction, or request deletion when retention is not required for an active business matter, security need, dispute, or legal obligation. To make a request, contact us using the address below. We may need to verify the request before acting.

International visitors

LRBG primarily serves a U.S. business audience. Analytics storage is restricted by default for visitors detected in the EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway. Visitors can also use the Analytics Choices control on this page. These statements describe current website behavior and are not broad conclusions about which privacy laws may apply in a particular situation.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. LRBG does not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when website features, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest version.
